We are writing to let your know how excited and satisfied we are with our new home you built in Enchanted Oaks.

Because of your competence and personal attention for detail and your knowledge of today’s lifestyle, our home was built to perfection, a home we can enjoy, something we are proud of.

You went way beyond the call of duty, you asked us to do a walk through, not only one, but twice to ensure that everything was exactly as it should be, heck, you’re the only who “nick picked”. We still found nothing wrong.

Although our home was built as a “spec”, it was as if you were our custom builder, you picked a perfect location, quiet location, private road, close to schools and shopping, and your color scheme was awesome. You did what most builders do not do, the entire front and back yard was completed with sod, added automatic sprinkler system, landscaped with shrubs and plants and saved every tree you could.

Our home was completed when you said it would be, there were no problems and we enjoyed a happy closing.

We just want to thank you Bill, for your excellence and compassion.
